FAQ

We're here to help!

Find answers to frequently asked questions.

  • How do I book a class?

You can book directly through our website or the TZR mobile app. Classes fill quickly, so we recommend signing up in advance.

  • What should I wear?

Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows for movement. Grip socks are required for every class to maintain hygiene and stability. Don’t have a pair? We’ve got you covered in-studio.

  • What should I bring?

Water bottle, grip socks, and good energy — we’ll handle the rest. All equipment and props are provided.

  • When should I arrive?

Please arrive 5–10 minutes before class to check in and get settled.

We allow a 5-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you’re running late, you must text or call ahead to keep your spot. No-shows or late arrivals without notice will not be admitted.

  • Where should I keep my stuff?

Please store all personal items in the front cubbies. TZR is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • Can I bring my child or baby to class?

As much as we love a multitasking moment, TZR is a baby-free zone — for your safety and the experience of others, we do not allow children or babies in the studio during class.

  • What’s the vibe in class?

TZR is a community space rooted in focus and flow. To maintain the vibe:

    • Keep your phone on silent.
    • Refrain from loud conversations during class.
    • Clean your equipment after class with our provided towels + spray.
    • Avoid strong perfumes or colognes — many clients are sensitive.
    • Move with mindfulness when transitioning or adjusting equipment.
  • Can I record during class?

To honor the comfort and privacy of everyone in the studio, we kindly ask that tripods not be used during class at TZR.

Want to film content? We love that. Private studio bookings are available if you're looking to capture your flow. Just reach out for details.

Thanks for helping us keep TZR a safe, intentional space for all.

  • Can I eat or drink in the studio?

Water in a closed container is allowed.

Food is not permitted unless medically necessary. Please snack discreetly and clean up after yourself.
