Photo & Video Policy

To preserve the privacy and focus of the studio experience, recording during class is not permitted.

Photos are welcome before or after class. Please remain respectful of other members when capturing content inside the space.

Membership Terms

Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared between clients.

All membership purchases, class packages, and promotional offers are final sale unless otherwise stated.

Membership benefits, booking windows, and class access vary by tier and are subject to change at TZR’s discretion.

By booking classes, purchasing memberships, attending sessions, or using the TZR website, you agree to the following terms:

  • Participation in Pilates and fitness activities involves inherent physical risk. Clients participate voluntarily and assume responsibility for their own health and physical condition.
  • Clients are responsible for informing instructors of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancies, or physical limitations prior to class.
  • TZR reserves the right to deny entry, cancel bookings, suspend memberships, or refuse service if policies are violated or behavior is deemed disruptive to the studio environment.
  • Class schedules, instructors, pricing, memberships, and policies are subject to change without notice.
  • All content, branding, photography, logos, videos, and intellectual property associated with TZR may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
